Thomas is Two

Today is Thomas' 2nd Birthday. We gave him a doctor play set. He seems to really like it. I got some cute pictures of him before we went to church this morning playing with it. I also got some pictures of him in his Transformer pajamas. Dad got him these for Christmas this past year and they were too big. He is very excited to be wearing them now. He calls them his "former" pajamas. There is also a short video of him playing with Ryan's gator statue.

Katherine's 9th birthday

Today is Katherine's 9th birthday. She was very excited to get new bedding for her room. She is very glad to be rid of the princess theme. She had fun picking some wild colors of bright pink, orange, and yellow. It goes really cute with her new pillows that Aunt Carrie got her last week. She also got new fish and a baby frog for her fish tank. Thomas has been enjoying those too.
Mom had a little family birthday party for Katherine after church today. She of course cooked lots of great food. It was a very fun afternoon.

BJ's at the Cove

Yesterday Ryan, the kids and I went out to mom and dad's place at the lake. Carrie and Dan and the boys came out too. It was a fun relaxing afternoon. We went for boat rides, swam and of course mom provided us with plenty of food. Dan and Ryan had fun doing flips off the front of the boat. Thomas even jumped off the boat. Katherine took a video clip of it. We had fun watching the twins take a few steps. I still can't believe they are going to be one next month. It was a great day!!

Park play and dress up day

We went to the library park yesterday. The kids enjoyed playing in the water and having a picnic before going in the library. Thomas had a blast playing with the puppets in the kids area. Katherine did a great job helping Thomas with the puzzles which he has gotten really good at. When we returned to Lori's house (the lady I work for) the kids got out the dress up clothes which was a lot of fun. Especially when Thomas put on one of girl dresses. I know I shouldn't but I took a picture of it and I posted it below. I figure he is only 2 so he can get away with dressing like that!! Enjoy the pictures!
